Lucy knows the Lake and the Lake of the Ozarks' condominium complexes. She constantly works to know what is going on at the Lake's condos, where they are, and what their bylaws are.
Lucy has 17 years of experience as a Realtor and has a B.S. in Business Administration. She is an Accredited Buyers Representative and is e-PRO certified (internet proficiency) by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She places a high emphasis on continuing education and is very active both locally and nationally in the second home/resort market and technology. Soon, we hope to be a NAR designation. In 2001, Kiplinger's Magazine recognized Lucy as an expert on investing in condominiums at the Lake of the Ozarks.
